Mulyachi (Radish) bhaji

Preparation and Cook Time: 10-20 Minutes

Serves : 4


  • 2 Big Radish/Mooli with it’s leaves
  • 4-6 Green Chilies
  • Mustard seeds
  • Oil
  • Asafoetida
  • Turmeric
  • Salt to taste


Clean and wash mula.

Grate the white part

Chop leaves and green chillies

In a kadai / pan , add oil , add mustard seeds.

Allow it to splutter.

Add Turmeric , green chillies.

Add grated radish.

Mix well

Add chopped leaves, mix well cover and cook 5 min. on medium- simmer flame.

Add salt , mix well.

Let it cook on medium flame.

Within 10min. It’s ready to serve.
