Methi Mutter Malai Paneer 

Methi Mutter is rich , creamy and medium spicy. Apart from rich gravy, it is healthy as well. If your kids hate methi, make this for them. Kids will definitely like and eat very happily.

INGREDIENTS

Cashews.                          15

Onion                                1

Garlic                                 4-5

Ginger                               1/2″

Green chilies                  5-6

Oil/ Ghee                          3 Tbsp

Red chili powder.          1/2 Tbsp

Salt.                                   As per taste

Fenugreek leaves.        1 Bunch

Garam masala                1 Tsp

Paneer                              150 GMs

Heavy cream                  1/2 cup

Tomato                             1 small

PROCEDURE

Soak cashews in warm water for 10-15 min. Then grind it use water or milk, make smooth paste from it.

Grind Onion, Tomato and Coriander.

Coarsely grind Ginger, Garlic n Green chilies. Keep aside

Wash methi leaves n blanch in boiling water.

Also boil green peas. Keep aside

Heat ghee or oil in a pan. Add cumin and Asafoetida. 

Add ginger, garlic paste, saute for a min.

Add onion and tomato paste, cook for some time.

Add red chilli powder, Garam masala powder and salt, mix well.

Add Blanche methi leaves, mix it. 

Add cashew paste n malai. Mix vigorously, add little water. Approx. 1/2 cup or as per need

Add paneer cubes and sugar. Mix it, cook for 3-4 min.

Serve hot
