Beans 1 Bowl
Cauliflower 1 bowl
Cabbage 1 bowl
Green Chilli 2
Capcicum 1 bowl
Red chilli 1 spoon
Green chilli sauce 1 spoon
Red chilli sauce 1 spoon
Vineger 1-1/2 spoon
Salt As per required
Soya sauce 1 spoon
Noodles 250 grams
First heat enough water in the pan, when the water starts boiling, add the noodles, till noodles are just cooked (approx. 10 min).
Once the noodles are just cooked drain them in a sieve or colander. Rinse the noodles in fresh normal water. Drain and keep the noodles aside.
Heat oil in a pan, First add finely chopped green chilies and onion, stir them till the onions become translucent.
Then add beans, cauliflower, cabbage and capsicum one by one and stir well on medium-high flame.
Their should be some crunch in the vegetables,so don’t cook the vegetable till it become soft.
Add salt, red chili powder mix it well, add red chili sauce, green chili sauce, soya sauce, stir and add the noodles. Keep on tossing and stirring till the vegetables are mixed well with noodles(for one or two min.).
Switch off the flame.
Serve the noodles steaming hot.
