All of us know, what is it ?….” PAV BHAJI”….It is a fusion of few vegie’ prepared with blended Masala and served with butter rich PAV.
Today I thought to offer delicious parallel dish for Non-Veg lovers…..”CHICKEN KHEEMA PAV BHAJI”
Sunday’s always comes with Lazy and relaxing mood…everyone wants to have Sumptuous Breakfast or Lunch but with little efforts……And today is Sunday….Want to prepare for Breakfast? …..A Lunch?
So for a change why not to plan a delicious BRUNCH…
All the members of the family would be delighted to have something special!!
So let’s start…….
INGREDIENTS
Kheema – 300gms
(You can have boneless Chicken and grind it in mixer grinder …Please note that do not make a paste OR you may bring a prepared Kheema)
Onions – 3 Finely Chopped
Tomato – 2 Finely Chopped
Green Peas – ½ Bowl
Capsicum – 1 Big Finely Chopped
Potato – 2 Medium Chopped
Beetroot – 1 small(gratted)…
Coriander
Paste – Ginger, Garlic, Green chilli ( 2T spoon)
Salt – To taste
Red Chilli Powder – 1 T Spoon
Turmeric Powder – 1 T spoon
Garam Masala – ½ T Spoom
Pav Bhaji Masala – 2T spoon
Oil
Butter
METHOD
Heat Oil in a cooker about 1tb spoon, Add one onion, Sauté it, Add Chicken Kheema and stir it finely.
Add chopped 1 tomato, Chopped Potato , Capsicum and beetroot mix( Beet root will help you to give nice red colour to your Kheema)it
and adjust Salt and add water as per your need .Cover the cooker till 1 whistle.
Heat oil in a pan, add 1 Onion and sauté it.
Add turmeric powder , red chili powder, Garam masala and Pav bhaji masala ginger garlic paste, peas and salt to taste .
( Here we have already added salt to taste while cooking kheema so add salt very carefully) . Saute it. Add the cooked kheema in this preparation. Add coriander and let it boil on simmer , for 5 minutes. Garnish it with onion , tomato , coriander.
Simultaneously put the Griddle (Tava) on medium heat and put it on simmer. Put some Pav bhaji masala and Chili powder and Butter.
- Cut the Pav buns in two, toast it with delicious mix and serve hot along with kheema and lemon pieces.
- Take the bread slices instead of Pav Bun with delicious mix and serve hot along with kheema and lemon pieces.
- If you feel it is more spicy then Pav bun OR Bread slices can be served as it is.
- You can also serve plain roasted bread slice with butter.
